Small batch preserves hand made in Deep Ellum, TX. Our preserves are naturally sweetened with honey, agave nectar, maple syrup and fruit juice concentrates. We focus on flavor and nuance rather than over powering sweetness.

While preserving with these sweeteners produces a softer set. We discovered the resulting preserves, pickles and cocktail accoutrements allow more culinary creativity, pairing with savory ingredients, deeper flavor and taste closer to their whole food state than white sugar laden preserves. Most importantly, naturally sweetened preserves allows us a healthier, guilt free alternative to enjoy our favorite condiments.
